PREVIEW: Yang Lo Chan historical Tai Chi form - glimpses from an online Live! Virtual Class available to Premier Members. Students are trained in this form of Tai Chi after completing the Yang Cheng Fu long form, as well as completing essential Qi Gong postures and basic Push Hands (Tsui Shou) training. The Yang Lo Chan long form Tai Chi is more complex, dynamic, demanding, and intricate than the Yang Cheng Fu long form. Practice of the older, historical Yang Lo Chan form gives fascinating and valuable insight into the purposes of movements in the more contemporary Yang Cheng Fu long form. Training membership.
