Beyond Yoga at Feel Good Space

Aumgenic™ Movement. Blends traditional Yoga with Polarity Therapy and special Cranio-Sacral based ingredients that Ranna uses to achieve parasympathetic settling, which has amazing therapeutic attributes.

Qigenic™. Great for Tai Chi and martial artists who need to learn to switch from sympathetic overdrive into the parasympathetic nervous system, so that they can be fluid and able to release "Jing" in their martial arts practice.
