FOR YOUR SAFETY DURING ONGOING COVID-19

Update January 2026
​COVID still isn't gone AND because some of our participants have serious medical conditions and/or are immune compromised, which places them at high risk of a bad outcome if they become infected with COVID, and all our training, classes, and wellness services involve close personal proximity, the following options are designed to ensure the safest possible environment for all participants (and their trainers). 🤒 Indeed, at the time of this writing, several people we know are very sick with COVID right now.

1) IN-PERSON TRAINING & SERVICES require proof of full vaccination including booster shots AND a current negative RAT test within 2 days of commencing the activity.
~ U.S. residents, please present your CDC COVID vaccination card. Alternatively, the following digital verifications may be used:

~ In Virginia USA, digital verification methods are available. Read this Virginia Dept Health information AND obtain your vaccination record with QR code here.
~ In NSW, Australia, digital verification is available through the Australian Medicare app.

MASKS? In the event of a new surge of COVID cases and deaths, or the emergence of serious new variants, masks may be required. You will be notified if that occurs.


At both locations, in-person classes, training programs, and services will also be subject to any changes in government requirements and successful public health control of outbreaks of existing and new COVID variants.

2) UNVACCINATED INQUIRERS
For people who choose to remain unvaccinated, while we accept your right to that choice, we aren’t willing to take on the liability of risking others' health and wellbeing, SO the following options are available to you:

      (i) TRAINING in Tai Chi clips training, and/or Aumgenic™ Yoga Live online, and/or Polarity Yoga , or combinations of these, here at FeelGoodSpace.com . Choose from the available selection of Live! online classes and/or subscriptions to Video Clip based training programs. Schedule and Fees.


      (ii) VIRTUAL WELLNESS CONSULTATIONS: Virtual Polarity Therapy & Other Consultations are also available as video-based online sessions through an encrypted video-consultation service. Contact us to arrange this.
